Who are these courses for?

Our courses are designed for people working in the residential management sector, if you work as a Concierge, Caretaker, Cleaner, or in any other role on a residential site, our courses are for you!

You may have just started your job in a development, or have been there for several years, but without any formal training, our courses are designed to fill that gap.

They will allow you to do your job more safely and effectively, allowing you to both give a better service to residents and to advance with a sound skills base.

If you are a property manager, our HR and customer service courses are designed to add to your skillsets.

What’s our Expertise?

Our site staff courses have been accredited by The Property Institute (TPI), they are the professional body for the residential management industry in the UK.

They have been written by industry professionals with decades of experience managing site staff, running developments and as qualified professionals and members of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH). Institute of Fire Engineers (IFireE), Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and the Property Institute (TPI).

Are there any prerequisites to enrol?

There are no formal entry requirements.

What format are the courses delivered in?

Fully online / self-paced modules all hosted on our online platform Thinkific.

Refund / cancellation policy – what if I change my mind?

We don’t provide refunds for our online courses as you will have already had access to all content.

How do I enrol in a course?

Select the course that’s right for you, register an account via our training portal (Thinkific), pay via our secure checkout and you’ll receive an email with your access details.

Can I ask my employer to pay for my course?

Absolutely, we enrol hundreds of site staff a year whose employers cover the cost…simply ask them to contact us at hello@vertotraining.co.uk and we will do the rest.

When will I get access to the course materials?

Access is typically granted immediately or within 24 hours of payment. Be sure to check your inbox (and junk folder).

Can I study from outside the UK (or internationally)?

Yes, as long as you have an internet-connected device you can access the course from almost anywhere.

What devices or systems do I need?

You’ll need a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access (browser-based). No special hardware is required.

How long will I have access to the course?

12 months from enrolment.

Are there deadlines or set class times?

Our online courses are self-paced so you can work through them at times that suit you.

What happens when I complete the course?

Upon completion, you will typically receive a digital certificate.

Are the courses assessed?

There is an assessment at the end of each course to check understanding. Upon successful completion you will be provided with a certificate.
